3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Client Cancellations: If you must cancel your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable, but we will work with you to reschedule once without additional fees when reasonable notice is given.
- Photographer Cancellations: In the rare event we must cancel due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.
4. Session Policies
- Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Sessions may not be extended beyond the scheduled end time to accommodate late arrivals.
- Cooperation: We ask that all participants follow the photographer’s instructions to ensure the best possible results. For school, sports, or event photography, we may coordinate with organizers or designated contacts to maintain a smooth workflow.
5. Proofing, Ordering, and Products
- Proofing Galleries: Proof images will be posted in a secure, password-protected online gallery for a limited viewing period. Instructions for accessing and ordering will be provided via email.
- Prints and Products: Orders for prints, albums, digital downloads, and other products can be placed through the online gallery. Full payment is required at the time of order.
- Digital Downloads: Digital files are provided as high-resolution JPEGs. No raw or unedited files will be delivered.
6. Delivery and Turnaround Time
- Turnaround: Typical turnaround times vary by service. School and sports galleries may be available within 7-14 business days, while family or event sessions may require 2-4 weeks. Specific timelines will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Shipping: Print products, if ordered, will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping fees and times depend on the carrier and destination.
7. Refunds and Returns
- All Sales Final: Due to the custom nature of photography, all orders, including prints and digital files, are final and non-refundable.
- Damaged Products: If a print or product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will gladly work with you to replace the item at no additional cost.

10. Limitations of Liability
- No Liability for Circumstances Beyond Control: Photo Day Pros is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage that occur before, during, or after the photography session.
- Data Loss: In the rare event of data loss due to equipment malfunction or storage failure, we will either reshoot the session at no cost or refund your session fee.
